Unleash Peace of Mind: Our Warranty, Your Assurance

Invicta PCs is proud to provide high quality equipment to empower businesses to grow while staying under budget. We are flexible and happy to work with a client’s desired warranty boundaries. Our standard procedures are outlined below:

Invicta PCs provides a standard 3-Year Warranty with Technical Support to the original end-user/purchaser, unless otherwise specified. This excludes accessories. The Invicta PCs warranty ensures that the product provided will be free of defects related to materials and/or workmanship from the original date of shipment to the customer. This warranty will cover costs related to parts; labor and shipping that are associated with the in-house repair of defective hardware. Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty and any damage caused by the purchaser/end-user will void the warranty. This warranty applies to the original end-user(s) within the continental United States (excluding AK, HI, PR). All warranty replacements will be shipped using FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS First Class Mail only; no exceptions.

All warranty services will be performed at the Invicta PCs Center located in New York, U.S.A.

Product(s) are not eligible for credit or refunds if returned without prior authorization. Invicta PCs will not provide reimbursements for unauthorized third party repairs. The Invicta PCs warranty is non-transferable.

Products in need of warranty service must be shipped to Invicta PCs with proper packaging to avoid potential damage. Items shipped to Invicta PCs with inadequate packaging will be deemed potentially damaged and may limit ongoing warranty support for the product(s). Invicta PCs can provide blank shipping materials upon request so that items can be sent properly for warranty-related service; within the continental United States (excluding AK, HI, PR) and Canada.

Any parts or upgrades installed by the customer not initially included with the product at time of purchase must be removed prior to returning the computer to Invicta PCs. Should such unauthorized third party parts be returned with a product for warranty service, Invicta PCs is not responsible for repair or replacement of  these parts due to loss or damage.

Invicta PCs is not responsible for user data on a computer returned for warranty service. Should the user’s data be lost or damaged, Invicta PCs will not be liable. It is the responsibility of the user to make adequate backups of necessary data prior to return.
