Standard Warranty and Return Policy
- Purpose and Scope
Invicta PCs provides premium refurbished hardware solutions designed to maximize business growth and budgetary efficiency. While we offer flexibility to accommodate custom warranty boundaries, the following terms govern our standard operating procedures.
- Warranty Periods and Product Acceptance
- Product Acceptance: All equipment is deemed accepted and in good working order 30 days post-delivery.
- Hardware Warranty: A 3-Year Limited Warranty with Technical Support is granted strictly to the original end-user.
- Component Warranty: Components, internal parts, accessories, and CMOS/laptop batteries carry a 90-day warranty.
- Coverage and Exclusions
- Inclusions: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It covers 100% of parts and labor for in-house repairs conducted at our New York service center.
- Exclusions: Coverage does not apply to accidental damage, user negligence, or standard wear and tear. Specific exclusions include, but are not limited to: failed connection ports (USB, DP, HDMI, VGA), faded keycaps, bent pins, and frayed power cords.
- Third-Party Repair: Invicta PCs will not reimburse or assume liability for unauthorized third-party repair services.
- Transferability: This warranty is strictly non-transferable.
- Logistics and Return Authorizations
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Prior authorization is mandatory. Products returned without an RMA are ineligible for credit or refunds.
- Geographic Limits: Service is limited to the continental United States (excluding AK, HI, PR).
- Shipping Methods: Replacements are dispatched exclusively via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS First Class Mail.
- Freight Costs: The purchaser assumes shipping costs to our center after the initial 30 days. Invicta PCs covers return freight for the repaired equipment.
- Packaging and Data Liability
- Packaging Requirements: Equipment must be shipped in protective packaging. Inadequate packaging terminates ongoing warranty support.Â
- Third-Party Hardware: Customers must remove all aftermarket upgrades prior to shipment. Invicta PCs is not responsible for the loss, repair, or replacement of unauthorized components.
- Data Loss Disclaimer: Data management is the sole responsibility of the user. Customers must perform full system backups prior to service. Invicta PCs assumes zero liability for lost, corrupted, or damaged data.
